Most of our athletes train online through custom programming, video feedback, and in-app accountability.
But if you're local and want extra support, private training is your premium upgrade option.

How It Works
Book Your Session Time
Choose a time that works for you — all online, no back-and-forth emails.
Assessment & Baseline Plan
Your first session includes a movement screen, pain map, and key sport markers (foundational strength & athleticism, mobility, stability, flexibility, mind muscle connection, etc.). You'll leave with a personalized 4-week plan (20–45 min, home or gym).
Coaching & Progression
Weekly or monthly 1:1 sessions + custom program. Get accountability, form feedback, and adjustments in-app. Every 4–6 weeks we re-test mobility, pain, and sport KPIs to keep you leveling up.
