holiAthlete Academy provides a variety sport specific trainings that maximize individual and team fitness potentials, while keeping athletes safe.

holiAthlete Academy Team Training uses our “train smarter” approach: identifying inefficiencies within each athlete, then proactively correcting their movement mechanics through joint mobilization, core stability and corrective exercises. Once posture and alignment have been restored, we will very effectively begin building to a completely new level of body control, strength and explosiveness.

In the fall of 2019, the Lakers High School Hockey club took a leap and decided to change up our off-ice training and move away from traditional off-ice hockey stick and puck practice to partnering with holiAthlete Academy to develop our players’ core strength. That decision started a wonderful partnership and an excitement within the Lakers High School Hockey families, such that the players’ parents continually comment on how much their players enjoy going to off-ice practice.
