Can I train without shoes?

That is completely optional, but yes, we encourage it. At holiAthlete Academy we train with a little more "intent” and our feet our are foundation. The foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 tendons, muscles, and ligaments. That is 25% of all the muscles, tendons and ligaments in our entire body! Unfortunately a lifetime of wearing shoes has greatly reduced the potential our feet and ankles hold in boosting our health and performance. Building from the ground up, we have ditched the crutches our shoes have become and train to unlock every ounce of potential our bodies contain.

Can I bring a friend to my session?

Of course you can! A first time drop in for friends will be FREE!

How do I prepare for Online Personal Training?

To schedule a free consultation, book a time here & a trainer will contact you within 24 hours. We create programs based on your goals & what equipment is available to you.

What happens if I miss a session I booked for in advance?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or no-show will result in a loss of that session. Please be sure to contact us if something comes up.

Is holiAthlete training just for pro athletes or anyone training for high level competition?

holiAthlete Academy provides training for all levels of fitness, sport training, competition, and physical activity. All athletes & fitness enthusiast are welcomed.

What is the youngest age allowed for an athlete to participate in training?

Our youth training begins for ages 10+.

What sports does holiAthlete train?

You name it, we train for it. We are athletes, and we are meant to move. We train fluidity, efficiency and power in movement.
