Intentional Training Model

Pre-Phase: Unloading —> destress the brain, unlock untapped potential within the body by activating the natural healing & repair system
Phase 1: Connection —> Create harmony within oneself through body-brain connection, set an intention for training session, unlock potential to achieve State of Flow
Phase 2: Control —> Build tension throughout the system while maintaining calm & controlled breathing during balanced, full-body activation through a combination of movement & isometric holds
Phase3: Strength —> Use muscle activation in concentrated areas to improve strength through increased intensity in movement
Phase 4: Power —> Train entire system using a higher rate of speed through increased force and velocity
Phase 5: Skill —> Develop & train specific technical abilities unique to one’s individual goals through movement breakdown
