How It Works
Quick Connection
Tell us your goals, pain history, sport, schedule, and whether you're coming with a partner—or want us to pair you with athletes at a similar level.
Assess & Place
We run a short movement screen and baseline tests (pain, ROM, strength, key sport KPIs). If solo, then we place you in a 2–4 person pod that matches your pace.
Your Personal Plan (Inside a Small Group)
Each athlete gets an individualized program (rehab → prehab → performance) within the same session. We scale loads, ranges, and progressions person-by-person.
Coach-Led Sessions (55–60 min)
Hands-on cueing, end-range strength & mobility, and on-the-spot Program Pivots if something flares. Competitive energy, safe mechanics, real progress.
Keep Momentum Between Sessions
Option to add an online plan + check-ins so you stay consistent at home or the gym.
Re-Test & Level Up (Every 4–6 Weeks)
Track pain, ROM, strength, and sport KPIs; celebrate wins; advance your block (speed/power, COD, rotational power for golf/tennis/pickleball), or transition to online when ready.
